What"s sleep deprivation?

Do you feel tire when you wake up in the morning? Do you want to sleep more? Are you fresh when you want to start your day?

If you wake up easy in the morning with big smile on your face and you feel fresh and happy and always you are ready for start your work or studying congratulation you have the suitable sleep at night, but if u feel tire and Lethargic and inactive in mornings and you want to stay under your blanket in your bed so starting your day and working or studying is hard for you it mean you have sleep deprivation.there for you need change your means of life for having fresh days.

Don’t worry a lot because all the people had this kind of experience in their life but if it get longer it can be dangers and make your life Disturbed.


The reasons of Insomnia

Insomnia is the most reason of sleep deprivation. It can have a lot of reason and sometimes the reasons are unknown.

1. Emotional disorders: the most important and popular thing that make insomnia is this. If it left untreated, can have very powerful effects on the patient"s life .for example psychological problems such as depression, or anxiety can bother people.

2. Medical conditions: diseases and medical conditions that affect on control of movement or activity that affects the brain, or breathe problems may also be involved in causing insomnia. Problems such as Parkinson"s, Alzheimer"s, ADHD, or heart disease also have a big role in a person"s ability to sleep.
When insomnia treated then sleep deprivation treat easily. Because then you can sleep better and deeper


Best time for sleeping. (When and how long do we sleep)

The best way for understanding how long you need sleep is when you are so tire then you go to your bed and sleep until you wake up without any alarm it show the time that your body need to sleep.

For example you go to sleep at ten o"clock and then wake up at six in the morning without any alarm so your body needs to sleep for eight hours.

Specialists say that bet time for sleeping is nine or ten o"clock at night until you wake up automatically in the morning.


What helps us to sleep better?

Now what can we do for sleeping better and deeper. Sometimes the problem is very big and patients need helping of a doctor and need to use drugs. But most time people can help themselfse for having better sleep.

Here is some way for better sleeping: Drinking a glass of warm milk helps to sleep better, making your room dark and quite silent , Do not bring your sell phone to your bed make it off and then go to bed , be calm tomorrow is another day for you improvement don’t worry about past and future ,trying to live in moment.
